Clemson University. This beautiful 3,700 square-foot lakefront home comfortably
sleeps up to 14 people. The home is very well equipped for large families pack
light and enjoy your stay!

Indulge in some sun in the incredible backyard that is very gently
sloped with easy access to the lake, dock and sandy beach area. The rear deck
and lower covered patio has additional seating for dining outside and for
enjoying an evening drink while experiencing breathtaking water views. The water
views are simply amazing!

This peaceful, serene, Lake Keowee waterfront home is the
perfect place to relax and enjoy the lake and the beautiful surrounding area. Early
risers will love the gorgeous sunrises! A large outdoor deck is the perfect
place to relax with a cup of coffee in the morning while experiencing the crisp
golden red & orange sunrises, let Mother Nature paint a fabulous vacation

The home itself is a wonderful place to entertain family and
friends while enjoying the lake. This home has plenty of room for everyone; you
will be able to gather as a group and spread out for quite moments at the end
of the day.  The main level of the home
features a master suite with a nursery area. The lower level has 3 Bedrooms;
one is a bunk room with 2 sets of bunk beds. The newly constructed, above
garage suite offers 2 queen beds and a private bath.

The home features; 2 kitchens, 3 living areas (one of which
has a pool table), a screened in sunroom, back deck and lower covered patio.
The front living area provides great sunlight and cozy privacy to sit and read
a good book for when you just want to relax inside.

The outdoor landscaping is kept neat and the extremely gentle-sloping
backyard is wonderful. The home has unobstructed long views of the lake. The
open lawn allows great space for the kids to run, play tag football, and just
be kids. This is your ideal vacation home!

The home will easily accommodate a large family or a group
of friends traveling together. It is the perfect place for a Family Reunion, Multi-Family
