Sleeps up to 6:  In all, there are 3 Queen bedroom suites each with luxurious pillow top mattresses: 2 suites on the upper level one on the main. Located on the upper level is the Master suite with its own little balcony and an onsuite Bath with jetted Jacuzzi garden style tub & shower, double sinks and granite countertops. At the far end of the hall is a 2nd queen suite with its own private bath. The 3rd queen suite is located off by itself on the main level with adjacent full bath. The living room has a stacked stone, gas log fireplace with TV above. The living room/ dining area also has a balcony with stylish resin wicker seating, perfect for watching the incredible sunsets over the lake and mountains.

Kick Back and Relax!  Watch TV or a movie on DVD and don’t miss a beat while you’re laying out the snacks and treats, thanks to the handy serve-through from the kitchen. Here, too is extra seating with bar stools and overhead lighting. The kitchen is fully equipped with all stainless steel appliances, dinnerware, cookware, utensils, coffee maker, toaster, blender, and all you need to make the most of stretching your budget and eating in (or sending out). There’s lots of cupboard space and countertop area, double sinks and under-cabinet ambient lighting. All towels and linens are provided and there’s a washer and dryer in the upstairs laundry room, along with an iron and ironing board for your convenience. Complimentary soaps, bathroom tissue, paper towels and trash bags are also provided.

Located just 5 minutes from the heart of town, this fully loaded, luxury townhouse has a commanding view of the lake and mountains and 2 balconies to enjoy it from. You'll enjoy the convenience of pulling right in to your own 2 car garage PLUS you’ll have your own individually assigned covered boat slip as well as nearby boat ramps, jet ski rentals, 3 marinas nearby with boat rentals and everything you need for fun.  When the sun goes down, there’s outdoor entertainment just down the road at the Tiki Bar with live bands and karioki fun for all.

Sunset Bay is located directly on a private, deep water cove of Lake Chatuge, with covered docks & boat slips for each unit. Fish, swim or launch your canoe or kayak directly from the dock. Stroll the shoreline & garden paths; Get together with family & friends and have a cookout in the lighted pavilion with ceiling fans, large stacked stone fireplace, picnic tables & charcoal grills. There are tennis courts on site for your use as well. Families will enjoy the little municipal beach just down the road with sparkling white sandy beach, playground, picnic area, tennis courts & boat ramp. Just across the road is the GA Mtn Fairgrounds, home of the GA Mtn Fair and Anderson Music Hall with it’s star-studded line up of performers throughout the year. Rainy days call for indoor fun; head for Fun World, with over 200 arcade games, rock wall climbing, laser tag, go-cart racing, a Cinema 6,Pizzeria & many area restaurants and shops, horseback riding, hiking and biking trails, scenic water falls & of course, Brasstown Bald. You’ll run out of vacation before you run out of things to do!

Rates Based on up to 4 persons.  Extra persons: $10/per person per night.
Rates Remain the same year-round, so book early for peak season.
Additional Fees: Departure Cleaning Fee: $80, Combined State & Local Taxes: 12%
No Security Deposit but a Non-Refundable Damage Waiver of $55 is charged in lieu of same.
