The Village of South Walton at Seacrest Beach is walking distance to Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach. This 3-bedroom condo, located on the 4th floor is around the corner from the elevator, newly redecorated and updated. The master bedroom offers a king-sized bed, HD TV w/ DVD Player, an impressive master bathroom with a jetted tub, separate shower. The MBR also features a private entrance to the balcony.

Guestroom 1 has a queen-sized bed. Guestroom 2 has a day bed with a trundle making it a great room for the kids! These two bedrooms share one full-sized bathroom. Each have large high definition flat screen TV's and DVD players

The kitchen has a granite counters with bar seating for three, along with a cozy dining area that seats 4. The living room includes a large flat screen Plasma TV with a blue ray player. The balcony has a table that seats four with a beautiful view of 30A,not to mention amazing view of the gulf.

Another feature at The Village is the 12,000 square foot lagoon pool. This pool has three kid-friendly areas. The Village also has its own private heated pool.
Complimentary shuttle service takes you to the beach, which is located at Sunset Beach or you can take the short 5 minute walk. For those who like to ride bikes and explore nature, 30A offers a nineteen mile bike/walking trail that has preserved parks with all that nature can offer. Seaside is only a short ten minute drive, while Panama City Beach and Destin are within a half hour. The village of South Walton is centrally located for everyone's needs.
