The neighborhood has beautiful landscaping with many amenities, the pool area is enormous a 12,000 square-foot community pool in a lagoon-style setting located only 1 street away. The beach access is a short walk about 500 yards; don’t feel like schlepping your things to the beach? Call the private tram! They are available to take you back and fourth from both the beach and pool! Right across the street are the shops and restaurants at the Village of South Walton.
