North central Phoenix Townhouse, very clean and cute, 2 story, 2 bedroom townhouse, with full bath upstairs and half bath downstairs.  All new kitchen and laundry appliances, including washer and dryer.  Wi-fi internet and expanded cable, microwave, flat screen TV, DVD player, ihome system, coffee maker, toaster,  fully stocked kitchen and laundry.  Pool rafts and portable lounge chairs, all linens, towels, cookware present. If a needed item is not there, we'll get it there! Peaceful garden patio.   Bikes available upon request with small additional fee. NO SMOKING.

Townhouse community private pool just steps away in complex, laundry room inside townhome, walking distance to Chase bank, grocery stores, (Albertsons, Fry's Marketplace) bookstores, (Bookmans)  restaurants, (Boston Market, Starbucks, Dunkin Donuts, and local eateries)  and bus stops and light rail.  North centrally located, so minutes from downtown or uptown!

Minutes by car to hiking trails, Squaw Peak, Camelback Mountain, Arizona Biltmore, Harkins Theatres, near many resorts and shopping destinations.

Current rates are 55 per night, 285 per week and 855 per month, in summer season. ( May, June, July, August)

Rates go slightly up to 125 per night, 500 per week and 1500 per month in winter "snowbird" season. ( Sept, Oct, Nov, Dec, Jan, Feb, March, April)

Refundable security deposit of 200.00 must be received to confirm reservation.(returned after check out within 1-4 weeks)

Non refundable cleaning deposit 50.00 additional.
