Paradise Found --Tropical House, Available for Biketoberfest in Flagler Beach

Tropical style 3 bedroom house, just one block from the
beach.
The separate living room and family room are ideal for families.
There's
a deck in the front to enjoy the ocean, and a deck in the rear to
enjoy the
glorious sunsets. The back patio features a hot tub and and outdoor
shower.
Covered parking in the rear. Large glass doors off the second floor
living
room and master bedroom afford stunning ocean views.
Two bedrooms, a bath, and family room are on the first floor. The
house is equipped with everything your heart could desire, from
beach towels to blenders. We do not accept pets, and smoking is
restricted to outside.
Flagler Beach is a charming beach town out of the past, with many
restaurants, a pier, shops, surfing, world class golf and fishing.
Kids love it because it has just enough activity to keep them
interested, but not enough to be threatening. Ride a bike to get
pizza, ice cream, or rent a video. The beach itself will seem like
your own private beach, often you'll be the only ones there, but if
you prefer a busier beach life, head up to the pier, at the town
center, where you'll find more beachgoers and surfers. Daytona
Beach is 15 miles south, and the historic town of St. Augustine is
just 20 miles north!

"We feel very fortunate to have found Paradise Found. Thanks for
sharing this wonderful home. We had a much improved experience here
than we did when we went to Cape Cod in June. The weather was
perfect-in the 80's every day. Everything was furnished
(linens/towels/tp, etc.) Had lots of room and a washer/dryer. The
view was great-saw the sunrise every morning. Enjoyed the 'sunrise
deck' very much. Small town atmosphere was a plus."

Fully stocked with dishes, glasses, flatware, pots and pans,
toaster, coffee pot, microwave, blender, washer and dryer, linens,
towels, beach towels, beach chairs, bicycles, gas barbeque grill, cable
TV, VCR,
phone (local calls only). Central Air. Master bedroom has queen-size
bed, and it's own bath with large shower. 2nd bedroom has two twin
beds, 3rd bedroom has 2 twin beds. Downstairs bath has tub/shower.
Laundry room is on the first floor. There is also a queen sofa bed
in the first floor family room.

Beach is the historic city of St. Augustine. Visit the old fort, the
shops and restaurants in the old historical town center, or the 200
stores of St. Augustine Outlet Mall.
