Luxury 2 bedroom apartment with living room sleeper sofa located right in the heart of Ballston. Just one block from the Virginia Square METRO station, just outside of the DC city limits in the very trendy Ballston area. It is 4 short stops into DC - 10 minutes on the train or 7 minutes by car. The
apartment is in a new building. It is a spacious 2 bedroom / 2 Bath apartment at 1150 sq. ft. It has a balcony. There is an in-apartment washer and dryer. The bedrooms are outfitted with a queen size beds. The quality of the furniture and housewares is head and shoulders above our competition. The mattresses are Double Pillow Top. The sheets are 400 thread count Egyptian cotton. The TV package includes expanded digital cable channels, all HD channels, plus Starz HD. The LR TV is a 42" HD 1080i flat screen, the master bedroom TV is a 32" 720i HD flat screen, and the stereo plays iPhone/ iPod. The Ballston area is very hip and trendy and this building is right in the middle of it all.
