Fremont Lake Cottage Rental in Fremont

This cottage won't last long! Great location close to the town of Fremont within walking distance to the city park, beach, tennis courts, basketball courts, skateboard park, and bike trails! Fremont Lake is a 880 acre all sports lake with the best fishing around. The cottage has 65 feet of lakefront footage with a dock and a shallow end for swimming. Relax on the large deck overlooking the lake or paddle around the lake in a kayak or  canoe that is included with the rental.

The interior of the cottage has a wide open floor plan with new appliances in the kitchen, full bath on the main level and large dining/family room area. The upstairs has 2 large bedrooms with the front room being divided into two seperate areas that can sleep up to 4 people plus a large closet. The back bedroom has a queen bed which sleeps 2 and a large closet.

Natural gas heat for year-round use.

No smoking on the property (inside or outside)

No pets

Check-in is Saturday-Saturday

Fremont is located 30 miles east and north of Muskegon, and 40 miles northwest of Grand Rapids. 

Michigan Adventure is a 30 minute drive from the cottage.

June 2nd through 21rd- $500.00 a week

June 22rd through August 24- $600.00 a week

*June 29-July 6-$700 for the week.

Labor Day weekend (Friday to Monday)- $300 for 3 nights/4 days

A $150.00 nonfundable deposit is due in order to reserve a week. This will be held as a security deposit. It will be returned 2 weeks after rental if there are no damages or stolen items.

Payment for the weekly rental will be due 14 days prior to check-in.This is not refundable.
