Living area has a pull out  sofa,sleeps one adult or two  little children. Kitchen dining area  light and airy and has lovely view of hillside. Bedroom #2 is tiny  and efficient with  bunk beds  one single on top and double on bottom with 3 windows and lots of storage.  Casita has 1 full bath. TV ,Linens ,CD   player,Radio, stove ,oven refrigerator.  Safe ,Quiet,Peaceful Lovely light throughout, Great retreat , Beach getaway, Famiiy Vacation

The  Mobile Home Park has some  large lovely homes  and some smaller like Casita de la Paz. There is a pool  (with lovely ocean view) ,a jacuzzi,clubhouse with billard table, outdoor pool shower and  indoor locker rooms with large shower area, laundry room with washers and dryers and an old fashioned  large area  with outdoor clotheslines. The entire area  has a special( place where time stood still) feel and amazing light and views - -sit and watch the sunset  over the Pacific as you barbeque from the common area
