3 Bedrooms, 2 bath condo features a fully equippedkitchenwith a breakfast bar.  The dining area will easily accommodate your family & friends.  There are a variety of amenities to make your stay at Harbour Towne enjoyable.  All linens are provided.  For your convenience, there is a full size washer & dryer.  The master bedroom has a lake view and a king size bed and a private bathroom.  There are 2 other bedrooms that share the hall bath.  One of these rooms has a queen bed & the other has 2twin beds.  There is also a queen sleeper sofa in the living room.  This unit overlooks the lakeside pool & has a panoramic main channel view of the Lake.  It is also right below 107 E Harbour Towne if you need two 3 bedroom units for larger groups.

Harbour Towne is located on the Northshore at the 1.5 MM and only minutes from Hwy. 54. Shopping, amusement, golf & variety of restaurants are all located minutes away in Lake Ozark & Osage Beach.

There are 2 heated pools in the complex, normally open from mid May to mid October.  The lakeside pool is one of the nicest at the Lake with a large deck area for sunning and relaxing.  There is a lake side paved walkway that leads from the condo to the pool.  The 2nd pool is hillside and has an elevated view of the Lake's main channel.  There is also a tennis court, walking path & a playground nearby.
