Vacation Rental Description

Key Colony Beach oceanside home located on Third Street on 100 foot 
wide canal.  Direct access to Ocean and Gulf via the Vaca Cut with 
30 foot step down dock.  30 amp dockside electric, water, dock 
guards, cleats, bait table and bait freezer.

Beautifully furnished and maintained.  Tropical landscaped and 
fenced yard.  Canal front half duplex home with two bedrooms and two 
baths that can sleep up to six (6).  Master bedroom has king-size 
bed and a private full bath.

The second bedroom has two twin beds.  The living room has a queen 
sofa bed and sliding glass door that opens onto a backyard deck.

Full kitchen, laundry room with full size washer and dryer, 
answering machine, outdoor lounge furniture and table, gas grill, 
pets not allowed, no smoking.

MEMBERSHIP IN CABANA CLUB - which includes use of ocean front heated 
pool and Jacuzzi, ocean beach and snack/tiki bar.
