terrace. This home has a master suite which encompasses the entire 
third floor with a platform king-size bed where you can lie and 
drink 
your morning coffee while watching the waves break below. 

Casa Southpoint is a oceanfront paradise surrounded by pristine 
beaches and exotic jungle on the Coast of Nayarit, just north of 
Puerto Vallarta and just outside the quaint fishing village of Punta 
Mita.

Whether you want to swim, snorkel, fish, bodysurf, or just lay 
around 
the beautiful, white, sandy beach at your doorstep, this is where 
you 
can do it without the crowds. If you want to go surfing, kayaking, 
horseback riding, deep-sea fishing, mountain biking, or just 
mingling 
with the local people and fellow travelers, the village center with 
its varied stores and restaurants, is just a short, scenic, five 
minute drive away.

Relaxing poolside, panoramic views of the Pacific Ocean surround 
you. 
Migrating Gray Whales, Dolphins playing in the surf, and breeding 
Giant Sea Turtles can be seen across the beautiful blue waters.
