Renovated, well-equipped kitchen with granite counters, stainless steel appliances, and all the kitchenware you would need for quiet wining and dining, or a family-filled back deck BBQ.  Spend evenings in rocking chairs on the front porch with ceiling fan and mood-lighting, or bring your guitar and enjoy a cozy fire out back with family and friends.  Fully fenced yard and tropical garden setting.

Bring your boat and store it in the driveway or back it into the fenced back yard.  A free boat launch is located 1.7 miles away in Centennial Park.  Fabulous fishing and tarpon season is on it’s way!

Arrive to Sarasota via air?  Simply ride the bus from Sarasota Airport to our street, where it's a short tenth of a mile walk to the door.  Sarasota public transportation is convenient and inexpensive, and has routes throughout Sarasota and Bradenton.

2 bedrooms: 1 with a queen bed, the other with a full, and a futon in the living room (in addition to a sofa and oversized chair).  Each bedroom has a closet and dressers.  Fully equipped bathroom.  Hair dryer, iron, extra linens, towels, coffee maker, toaster, cleaning products, kitchenware, utensils, and refuse bags all provided - just bring your toothbrush and clothes!
