Serenity in Redington Beach

This 1 bedroom, with queen size bed, living room, 1 bath and kitchenette, fully equiped and furnished apartment, is located in an exclusive 1 mile stretch of single family homes directly on the beach, overlooking the white sands and blue water of the Gulf of Mexico.  This quiet secluded apartment is on the ground level of a 3 story private home, the 2nd and 3rd story being occupied by 1 person, the owner,  and has its own parking garage and the use of a workout room that includes both free weights, dumbbells and tread mill.  After your workout, treat yourself to a sauna or a cool swim in the pool or the Gulf and then enjoy a relaxing cook out on the grille on the 630 sq. ft. covered furnished deck.  After dinner, relax with surf fishing or a walk on the beach in front of your vacation home and watch the pictureque sunsets in this island community. Your peace and serenity are guaranteed. 

This is a pet friendly property for pets up to 25 lbs.  The kitchenette has a combo micro wave/convection oven, coffee maker, toaster, two burner range and a small refrigerator.  A washer and dryer are available on the property.  Linens, towels, TV, air conditioning and heat provided.

Clearwater Beach is just 30 mins. to the north.  The Philidelphia Phillies hold their spring training in Clearwater.  John's Pass Village is 10 mins. to the south and old Pass-a-grille is 20 mins. further south.  All three have numerous water activities, beach shops and many unique restaurants and nightclubs. including off shore gambling. There is a beach trolley that runs up and down the beaches from Sand Key (Clearwater) to Pass-a-grille and makes visiting each barrier islands a delight without driving.  Beautiful revitalized downtorn St. Petersburg is just 30 mins. away with the Dali Museum, The Chihuly exhibit, the Florida Orchestra at the Mahaffey Theater, the Tampa Bay Rays at Tropicana Field, shopping at Bay Walk and much more waiting for your pleasure and enjoyment.  Tampa International Airport is 37 Mins to the east.  Once in Tampa there are many site to see incluing Raymond James Stadium, home of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, Busch Garden, The Floriida Aquarium, The Tampa Bay Forum, home of the Tampa Bay Lightning, Ybor City, Legends Field, home of the New York Yankees spring training and much more.  Continue an hour to the east and you will be at the new Lego Park, Disney World or Universal Studios.  South over the Sunshine Skyway is Sarasota and the Ringling Museum.

Minium stay of 7 days.

Sept/Oct $700 per week or $2,100 per month.

May/Aug and Nov/Dec $875 per week or $2,625 per month.

Jan/April $1,050 per week or $3,150 per month.

Pets are welcome so long as they are on flee control and under 25 lbs.  $50 nonrefundable deposit per pet required.  Refundable $300 security deposit required in advance to reserve dates.  $125 cleaning fee.  Holidays that fall during the week of your stay is an extra $200 per week.
