Two bedroom, two bath fully-furnished condominium. Master bedroom has
new (09/05) california king-size bed, second bedroom has new (09/05)
twinbeds. Kitchen and two bathrooms recently remodeled with granite
surfaces; kitchen has new stainless steel appliances. Washer and dryer
in unit. Three TVs, VCRand DVD and stereo entertainment center in
living room. Unit has a balcony with patio furniture and a view of the
ocean. Underground parking for one vehicle.

Coronado Shores is a luxury gated beach complex with a 24 hour
doorperson. 

• Eight tennis courts, six with lights are available for year-round play. 
• Three family swimming pools/jacuzzi and one adult pool. 
• Clubhouse with two regulation pool tables, big screen TV and bar
  with outdoor veranda overlooking the beach - a great place for
  watching the sunset! 
• Teen hangout with table-tennis and recreation area. 
• Regular events are organized in the clubhouse including dances, card
  games and special events. 
• The Beach Clubhouse invites relaxation in a congenial atmosphere …
  enjoy the bar, theatre night, card games, Friday night dances
• The Roeder Pavillion is available for private parties and special
  events. 
• A fully equipped and staffed fitness center offers nautilus training
  apparatus and weights, and separate spas, with sauna and jacuzzi,for
  men and women.
• Massage therapists are also available. 

All facilities are available at no additional charge to 
tenants and their guests.

Activities and Attractions

Located on the Silver Strand, Coronado Shores offers every kind of
water activity, including, sailing, jet skis, and boat rental.
Bicycles may be rented in the town. There is an extensive bicycle path
around the island. Located on Glorietta Bay Coronado's public 18 hole
golf course is one of the most scenic in California; it privides a 
clubhouse, pro shop and driving range. The town of Coronado offers a
range of restaurants to suit all kinds of tastes and the world
renowned Hotel del Coronado, host to US presidents and other world
leaders, as well as the location for the movie "Some Like It Hot" is a
short walk along the beach from your condominium. A short drive across
the Coronado Bay Bridge takes you to San Diego's museums, Balboa Park, 
the world famous San Diego Zoo, Sea World, shopping, and Petco Park,
home of the San Diego Padres.
