Located in Kismet, third house from ocean offering panoramic views of Atlantic Ocean and the Fire Island Lighthouse. Nestled in the Kismet dunes is your private fun spot. Wrap around deck gives you all the vantage points for sunrise and sunset and whats happening at the beach. Large patio tables and chairs offer outdoor dining, reading and napping.

New kitchen, new appliances and new baths. Washer,dryer,dishwasher,jacuzzi bath,outdoor shower. and BBQ. For your indoor entertainment we offer Direct TV with 46"LCD stereo surroundsound with DVR, CD's and Movie's, WiFi conected in case you need to look like you're working. Hardwood bamboo floors lots of natural light, large bedrooms that are mixed with twin and full beds. Extra linens and blankets available. You won't want to leave.
activities and attractions in Fire Island Long Island
We have two bar restaurants in town. They are the Kismet Inn and the Surf's Out. Both offer fine dining live music and you can dance the night away at either bar. There are free movie nights at the Kismet Firehouse and a fleamarket of sorts nearby. Kismet has its own free tennis and basketball courts. Private courts are also available. I should include golf although a little west of kismet, Cedar Beach offers breathtaking 9 hole on the ocean.
vacation rental rates
Friday to Friday weekly rentals arrive 2pm. Checkout at 11am. Higher rate applies to July and August. No pets and no smoking please. Security deposit required. Bikes, umbrellas and beachchairs are available upon request.
