We have named our property Hale Pono, which means House of Balance.
This is meant to evoke a feeling of contentment and an expression of
positive attitude and optimism. You will feel "Pono" as soon as you
enter this beautifully appointed space that has been designed to
provide a spa-like feeling with calming colors reminiscent of the
sea and sand. The furnishings are comfortable and elegant and have
been selected to make you feel as if you are staying in a 5 star
resort, while being able to have more room and all the conveniences
of home at a great savings. There is a 42" plasma TV with a DVD
player and wireless internet and cable for your convenience.
Bedrooms include a king sized bed in the Master with a bathroom en
suite, a queen bed and two twin daybeds.

We block off the space in monthly increments to allow guests the
flexibility of extending their stay, should they wish!
Rates below will apply for any length of stay of one month or less.
After one month, additional week rates apply.
Feb 1 - Aug 30 - $3600 per month ($1400 each additional week thereafter)
Sept 1 - Oct 31 -$3300 per month ($1200 each additional week thereafter)
Nov 1 - Jan 31 - $3900 per month ($1600 each additional week thereafter)
The state G.E. tax of 11.95% will be added to the total rental.
Upon booking your stay, a $1,000 deposit and signed rental agreement
is required. This amount is credited towards your total rental.
There is a $300 non-refundable cleaning deposit and a $750 security
deposit. If the cleaning bill exceeds $300, the difference will be
deducted from the security deposit. The security deposit is not
credited toward the bill. It is refunded within fourteen days of
departure, after inspection confirming no damage to the property and
no missing items. The security deposit will not be refunded if
there is damage or items missing. The base rental fee includes
electricity usage of $250, which provides for a very cool,
comfortable environment. Any amount in excess of the $250 for the
rental term will be deducted from the security deposit. Please be
conscientious about keeping doors and windows closed while using the
air conditioner.
The balance (less the $1,000 deposit) is due 30 days prior to
arrival date.
