Bright, clean newly renovated two bedroom lakefront cottage in a residential area with panoramic views of Chautauqua Lake. Cottage is located in Lakewood. Cottage can sleep up to 6 people. Private dock is steps away from door. Enjoy warm sunny days and beautiful sunsets fromthe outdoor deck.

Bedroom #1 has a queen size bed with views of the lake. Bedroom #2 has twin size day bed with a pop up trundle that converts bed to king size bed or 2 twin beds. Living room couch is a queen sleeper sofa. Linens are not provided but, clean blankets, pillows and matress pads are. Kitchen is fully furnished with everything needed to make family meals. Washer and dryer is located on first floor. House is not airconditioned. Ceiling fans and electric floor fans are provided. Table and chairs are on deck for relaxing and outdoor eating. Gas grill is next to deck.
Dock is just steps away from deck for fishing, and swimming. Poles are on dock for docking a boat.

Cottage is located near major shopping area including restaurants, movie theater, gift shops and miniature golf. The famous Chautauqua Institution is a 15 minute drive. Historic Midway Park is also just a short drive away. The lake is 22 miles long and is a major destination for the Tri-state area providing fantastic fishing, boating, golf and bike routes.

2 night minimum nightly rate Sunday to Thursday $150/night
2 night minimum nightly rate Friday through Saturday $200/night
Weekly rate June and September $900
Weekly rate July and August $1000
Weeks start Saturday at 3PM and go to the following Saturday at 11AM
It is expected that the cottage will be left clean, in the same condition found.
