Rate Details (In US Dollars)

                        $935/week (May - October)

                       Michigan Use Tax:  6% ($56.10)

NIghtly rate:  3-night minimum:  $630 plus MI Tax $37.80

Damage Deposit:  $250/week  Damage Deposit Refund:  Deposit refunded if there is no damage and cottage is left in “broom clean” condition.  If you choose not to leave cottage in “broom clean” condition, $50 will be deducted from the security deposit for housekeeping services (cost of excessive cleaning will be deducted).

Signed rental agreement required

Payment in full: Security deposit required to confirm  reservation.  Payment in full required 60 days prior to occupancy when reserved between October-March prior to your summer arrival.
