Alipaz - San Juan Capistrano in San Juan Capistrano

This spacious family home is located in the historic town of San Juan Capistrano. The town is located 20 minutes south of John Wayne, Orange County Airport. Disneyland is 30 minutes north. Legoland, San Diego Zoo, San Diego Wild Animal Park, and SeaWorld are all less than 50 minutes south.

This home is situated in the Alipaz gated community. The community has direct access to the San Juan Creek Trail which leads to Doheny State Beach 1.7 miles away. Dana Point Harbor and Mission San Juan Capistrano is also a few minutes away.

Laguna Beach, just 8 miles north, is one of the more popular tourist destinations in Southern California. It is known for Art galleries, Restaurants and Shopping.  An art festival runs most of the summer (Mid June to end of August). The world class resorts of the St. Regis and the Ritz Carlton are also 5 minutes away.

This home comes with a full size refrigerator, living room with fireplace and formal dining area. The master bedroom has a king size bed, the adjacent bedroom also has a queen size bed and the third bedroom has a bunk bed. There is a downstairs office with internet access. There is a washer/dryer and LCD TV’s in the living room and master bedroom with cable access. There is a BBQ gas grill in the patio. Bed linens, bath and beach towels are provided for your use.  

Five bicycles, surfboards and beach chairs. We are also offering the use of a Dodge Minivan as part of the rental.
