Meadow Cottage in Nantucket

Nantucket Charming Cape- 3br, 2ba, with circular driveway on a private and very safe cul-de sac.There is a large deck and back yard viewing some of the natural heathlands chacteristic of the island.The lot is one- half acre on The Edge of Town as it1s location is called with a 8-10 minute walk to town .We are also very close to the Madaket bike path which is about a seven mile ride to the western tip of the island.

The first floor has a living room which you enter ,thento the dining area or the kitchen. The two downstairs bedrooms and a bathroom are down the hall.Our bathroom have tile floors with granite counter tops.Off the kitchen is a mud room to enter and leave shoes, some storage and the washer dryer.

Upstairs is a private master bedroom with large bath and sitting area.

The house is fully equipped wth towels beach chairs deck table,chairs and umbrella.The are three TV`s(cable) and internet.All appropriate linens and neededtowels and bath sundries.on our deck is an outdoor shower which gets alot of use.

Beaches and a bike path are very close to our home.Step beach off Lincoln circle is maybe 1-2 miles and a great spot with minimal waves on the sound perfect for swimming and safe for the kids.Close to this beach, a short walk is the larger Jetties beach, with a beach playground, public tennis courts and a great restuant ,bar ,and lockers, bathrooms and gift shop.

A n 18 hole public golf couse at Miacomet is a links couse which any golfer would love.

Town has some of the best resturants anywhere with a Disney like look to main steet and the surrounding areas.

You can usually catch a concert either at noon at the children`s beach or at one of the three unique churches on island.
