Steps from Earl Rd. Beach on warm, gentle Nantucket Sound. This lovely, family friendly home is available for rent for the summer, and fall of 2013. First floor includes a fully equipped kitchen, a family room with a new 42" TV, DVD player and WiFi, large master bedroom with queen size bed, a 40" flat screen TV and a/c unit. There is an additional bedroom with a double bed and single bathroom. The loft, sleeps 3-4. Newly painted.*Note: this property is adjacent to our other property, 9 Payson Circle, Duplex (sleeps 5) each side #99129. Great for family reunions. Please note: this is a non-smoking home.

This family friendly beach house includes a new washer/dryer, an outdoor shower, deck and gas grill including extra propane tank and a/c units available. Also available for your use are beach chairs, sun umbrella,& beach tote. This home is part of an association and includes outdoor ping-pong, basketball and shuffle-board. This property is walking distance (3/10 of mi.) to Earl Rd. Beach which includes bathrooms, lifeguard, soft sand and gentle waves. We ask guests leave the house as clean as they found it. There is no cleaning fee.

A deposit of $200 is required to reserve your week. We accept a personal check or PayPal. Balance is due 3-wks prior to your week(s). Discount will be given for multiple weeks, as well as off-season May 20-June 29, or Sept/Oct.
