Welcome to Roscoe and the mountain life! Our cabin
is situated deep in the woods where you can relax
and take a deep breath on our private 11 acre lot.
Cook up a feast in our gourmet kitchen stocked with
all the necessary tools of the trade. Sit and enjoy the
view on the deck as you reflect on your day.
World Class Fly fishing waits for you! In Trout Town
USA- recently named the Ultimate Fishing Town -
USA by the World Fishing Network (WFN).
The Delaware river is a 20 minute drive and golf and tennis -
swimming are a short 10 minute drive at the
Tennanah Lake golf club where day passes are
sold. Enjoy the views from the highest point in
Sullivan County Hiking Camping and swimming are just 6 miles away at the beautiful Crystal Lake. Belleayre mountain is just an hour drive.
Hiking/camping, golfing, bird watching, swiming,
skiing canoeing/rafting and star-gazing are just a few
things to "get done" during the day;)

arrival. There is also a 20% security deposit
required.
