Located just 3 miles from downtown and the slopes this property offers easy access to all Breckenridge activities. In addition there is a free shuttle stop just 2.5 blocks from the property and it runs a daily schedule that is easy to follow and use. There is also The Breckenridge Lodge and Spa located just 1.5 blocks from the property so your group can go enjoy a nice dinner at the restaurant, some apres ski beverages at the bar, or simply a soothing massage at the spa.

The oversized kitchen is set up with everything you might need to prepare meals during your stay. At the dining room table there is seating for 11, with additional seating for 2 at the kitchen island. The fireplace between the kitchen and the dining room provides some warmth and sets a great atmosphere, especially with the floor to ceiling rock fireplace. In the living room there is seating for plenty with a wrap around couch, arm chairs, flat screen TV with DVD, and wet bar. Just off of the wet bar is the pool table for your added enjoyment.

Downstairs is an added bonus room with 2 couches and a TV.

This great property boasts 6 bedrooms, all comfortably appointed and ready for your use. Each bedroom has its own private en-suite bath except for 2 rooms that have a jack and jill type set up for that bathroom. There is an additional 1/2 bath on the main level with the open plan - dining, living room, and kitchen.
