Vacation Rental Description

This Gulf-front unit has a view of the gulf that is sure to please! The (long-side)of the balcony  
gives a full expanse of the Gulf.  Views of the Gulf include Sanibel Island and panoramic sunsets,  
painted with a palette of colors.  The unit is sparkling clean, fresh, modern, bright, and  
comfortable.  Decorated in a Florida Motif, the unit is kept in like new condition.  This is an  
upscale unit with amenities such as:  Free Broadband WiFi, located in the condominium, Egyptian  
Cotton Sheets, A full size bathroom with a shower and tub, A full-body shower massage, A top-of-the  
line G.E. air conditioner, over 125 VCR/DVD's. The best value for your money on Fort Myers Beach.

Everything for a perfect vacation/ holiday is within walking distance.  Restaurants and shopping are  
located across the street. There is no need to rent a car.  A trolley (25 cents) will take you the  
full length of the beach for additional shopping, restaurants, and Times Square. The beach is  
located out the front door (seven miles of white, sugar sand), four clay tennis courts are located  
on the property, a beach-side heated pool, ten acres of professionally maintained landscaping, and  
an 18-hole golf course/ driving range is located across the street.  If you choose to dine in, the  
gourmet kitchen has everything you need.  Enjoy the view of the gulf from the dinning table. (See

Warm year round temperatures, Gulf Breezes, seven miles of white sandy beaches, and an unobstructed  
view of the Gulf from inside the condo.  Award winning restaurants are within walking distance.  
 
All you will need are your clothes and groceries.  
 
The condo is a no smoking unit and pets are not allowed.

King size bed with an orthopedic mattress designed for the tropics.  Sofa converts to a queen

cable available)VCR and DVD player and over 125 VCR's and DVD's, Stereo, CD and DVD Player, Full  
Kitchen, Dishwasher with high temperature setting to sterilize, Microwave,Toaster, George Foreman  
Grill, Coffee maker, Mixer, Blender, 21 cu. ft. Refrigerator w/ice maker and filtered water, Cooking  
Utensils provided, Linens provided, Towels provided,Beach Towels provided, Beach chairs provided,

Activities and Attractions

From the balcony, enjoy the wading birds, in the lagoon, such as: the Ibis, Roseate Spoonbills, The  
Florida Stork, Herons, Egrets, Cormorants, and Anhingas.  View dolphin at play in the Gulf.   
Pelicans fly along the Gulf in formation.  Watch the Osprey, sometimes referred to as the Sea Eagle,  
fly overhead. The best seat for dining is on the balcony watching the show above and waiting for the  
sunset. 
 
Less than 3 miles South is Lover's Key State Park, voted number 4 of 10, by the Travel channel as  
the top beaches in the U.S. ,Golf, Tennis, Shuffleboard, Horseshoes, Fishing, Wildlife Viewing (The  
Audubon Society refers to this area of Fort Myers Beach as "Little Estero Island"), Horseback  
Riding, Shopping, Restaurants, Sightseeing, Swimming, Snorkeling & Diving, Boating,  
Sailing,Windsurfing,Parasailing, Jet-skiing, World-Class Shelling.

Vacation Rental Rates

Seven Day Rentals are Saturday (check in time 3PM) to Saturday  
(check out time 10AM) 
May 01-Nov 30 .. $450/week. 
Dec 01-Dec 31 .. $650/week. 
Jan 01-April 22. $850/week.  
Rates are an additional 6% State & 5% County Taxes. 
A cleaning fee of $70 is not included. 
Payments can be processed with Visa and Secure Check (online  
processing of personal checks) both methods provide immediate  
reservation confirmations. 
Also a Damage/Security Deposit is required of $200.
