Beautiful Home Close to Beach, Private Pool Sleeps 13 in Destin

Chez Vous is a beautiful 3-story home located an easy 5 minute stroll to the beach. It features a private heated pool and patio with a built-in gas grill. The home has 4 King bedrooms and a bunkroom. The bunk bed is a twin top/full bottom. The living room has a comfortable queen sleeper sofa with a memory foam mattress.

The first floor king bedroom features a large bar area with mini-sink, dishwasher, and small refrigerator and full bath. The laundry room is located on this floor and has a full sized washer/dryer. This bedroom area opens to the patio with a large built-in gas grill and the private heated swimming pool with a great splash pad for the younger kids in your group. Or use it to lounge on a float with a cool drink. Sun in one of several pool loungers or find some shade on the patio. A spiral staircase leads to the second floor balcony.

The second floor deck runs the length of the house. Stepping through French doors brings you to a large open living area, dining room, and a fully equipped kitchen with many conveniences. The living room has a built-in flat screen TV with surround sound. This area is ideal for family gatherings after a day at the beach or swimming in the pool. This floor also has 2 beautiful King bedrooms with a shared bath as well as a powder room. 

The magnificent third floor master suite includes a King bedroom, with private full deck and great views in every direction. The master bath features a Jacuzzi tub, separate shower, and double vanity sinks. Also on this floor is a spacious bunkroom with a twin top and full bottom bunk bed.

TV's and DVD players in each bedroom and family room.

You'll also have full access to the community's pool, tennis courts, sand volleyball court, and private deeded beach access.

We provide many extras such as a pack-n-play, highchair, many beach chairs, umbrellas, 2 cruiser bicycles, a wagon for hauling the little ones to the beach and a cart for carrying your beach chairs and toys. We want your stay to be as stress-free as possible!

The Gulf of Mexico has the most beautiful beaches in the world. The water is emerald green and the sand is snow white! All within a 5 minute stroll from our home!

Chez Vous is within walking distance to several restaurants such as Pompano Joes (1 mile), Crab Trap (1/2 mile), Kenny D's (2 blocks), Captain Dave's (2 blocks). A little further down is Camille's for breakfast or lunch and a Latte or smoothie.

The Destin Commons Mall is within 2 miles of our home. If the little ones need a break from the water, the Destin Commons Mall has activities such as splash pad, face painting, train ride, and best of all ice cream! Oh, and don't forget shopping!!

One of our favorite things to do later in the week is to rent a Pontoon boat at Luther's and go to Crab Island for some fun on the Bay.

You may want to catch a show at the newly renovated Gulfarium in Ft. Walton. My grandkids love the Gulfarium and so do I!

And for all you golfers – you won’t find better golfing anywhere!
