- Large outdoor exclusive patio with BBQ, outdoor shower and small sun deck, perfect for enjoying an afternoon BBQ or just taking in the sun and relaxing in a lounge chair.

- Master bedroom has a king size bed & full size closet with organizer, 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed and cabinets for storage.  Each room has their own full bathrooms with custom finishes and travertine and tile flooring.

Mid Season - $1950/week - 4 night min. $325-375/night (March, Apr, May)

High Season - $2250/week Sat to Sat check in/out - 7 night min. (Mid May - Mid June)

Peak Season - $2500/week Sat to Sat check in/out - 7 night min. (July & Aug)

Holidays $2250/week - 4 night. min. $400/nt(Xmas, Thxgiving, NYE, Memorial & Labor, Easter)
