Dean's Acre in Old Town

The cottage is located right on the beautiful Suwannee River. One
bedroom with one queen and one full bed. Queen sleeper couch in
living room. All tongue and grooved walls and ceiling. Microwave,
toaster oven and wall oven. Towels and sheets provided. There is a
washer and dryer for your convenience, as well as a barbecue grill. You only need to bring your
food and clothes.   There is to be no smoking inside the home.  A smoking area is provided outside.  Note, owners live on the property.

Bring your boat! Private docking. Boat ramp just a short distance
from cottage. Enjoy your view of the river. Swim
in the Suwannee or nearby Fanning Springs, a crystal clear swimmers
dream. Come see the Manatees in their winter habitat. It is
possible to see Osprey and Bald Eagles on occasion and just maybe a
gator or two. Located 25 miles from the Gulf of Mexico, by boat.
Thirty-five miles west of Gainesville, Florida, (home of the UF
College Basketball and Football Champions. Thirty-eight miles from
Cedar Key (a quaint fishing village with great restaurants and
shopping).

Canoe rentals available for rent at Fanning Springs State Park. which is close by.

Swimming, snorkeling, boating and shopping.  If you enjoy golf there is the Chiefland Golf Club just 10 miles away.

Weekly - $350 (2 day weekend - $175.00, each add'l day $50.00 up to the weekly rate)
