The downtown marina bustles with opportunities from deep-sea fishing to sailing to touring the wildlife along the waterways and more.  Experience the Isle of Eight Flags Shrimp Festival the first weekend of May.  

On the island you will find Hiking, Biking, Golf, Tennis, Miniature Golf, Fishing, Wildlife Viewing, Horseback Riding, Shopping, Restaurants, Cinemas, Museums, Sightseeing, Swimming, Boating, Sailing, Surfing, Jet Skiing, Shelling, Kayaking, Fort Clinch State Park and Amelia Island State Park

Choose from many golf courses, including the Ritz Carlton golf course, Ameila River Golf Course, The Omni Plantation Golf Courses, and the Fernandina Beach Municipal Course (over 6 courses to choose from on the island).

March-August $1650 per week

September-February $1250 per week - Please contact us for discounts on long term rentals during these months at discounted rates.

Prices are subject to change until agreement is confirmed.  Monthly rental is negotiable.  

$100 cleaning fee.  

20% security deposit is required at time of booking.  

10% Tax

Rental fee and cleaning fee are required 1 month before arrival.
