Ground floor unit. 5 minute walk to the beach. Tennis facilities
available within the Jupiter Ocean Racquet Club. All new kitchen
appliances and hot water heater. Unit is well maintained and has
been owned and occupied by the same owner since 1985. Pleasant,
serene view of small lake from back patio and master bedroom.

Jupiter is a great place to spend the winter. Spring training
baseball, wonderful restaurants, easy access to Public Parks and
beaches, plenty of boating and fishing options, lots of golf and
ulitmately, great lounge chairs by the pool. You will enjoy Jupiter.

Off-season rates are $2,800 per month - November, December and
January.
