• Optional Village Id cards $50.00 - strongly suggested as it gives a couple access to more than 20 free executive golf courses , reduced prices at the numerous championship courses, access to all recreational centers and other activities such as swimming and organized games through out the community. Owner will work with the Villages and have them ready for you upon your arrival. Internet can be added - please inquire.
  
  $600 refundable security deposit if renting 1-2 months.
  $400 refundable security deposit if renting 1-3 weeks. $150 for 2-3 nights
  Deposits will be refunded within 14 calendar days and sooner if possible following home inspection and if required repairs.
