It has a beautiful large kitchen and a large deck with grill. Home also allows pets 1-2 must talk to owner will need extra deposit (no cats). Home also has internet access.

The rental rate does not include the community registration fee. security deposit.

Cancellation Policy:  Full deposit refund for cancellations with 30 days notice.  If less than 30 days and we can still get the property rented for the dates you have reserved, we will give a full refund.  If we cannot get a renter for the date you reserved, you will forfeit your deposit.
