Kitchen includes brand new custom quality maple cabinetry.  This kitchen is outfitted with all of amenities you would expect in a high end home but now can be found in this very affordable vacation rental.  Amenities include dovetail self closing drawers that are all solid wood – no particle board.  The cabinet itself is finished inside and out and again is made with solid Maple and solid maple plywood.   At first sight you will notice the quality of this kitchen.  The countertops are all Granite while the backsplash is a travertine with raised metal inserts reflecting the beach and tropical décor that you will find throughout this unit.  In addition you will find over the counter LED lighting while your overhead light is also lit by LED light sources.

Appliances are high end stainless steel and are all brand new …… they include a fisher pakel drawer dishwasher , Samsung ceramic top stove along with an accompanying Samsung 1.6Cuft Microwave,  The refrigerator is a  Samsung 26CU ft side by side with water and ice on the door.  Everything in this kitchen is brand new all the way down to the new anodized pots and pans.  Other amenities in this kitchen include a Wolfgang Puck stainless steel coffee maker, Cuisnart blender and food processor, Kitchen Aid heavy duty mixer , garbage disposer and pullout price pfister stainless steel goose neck faucet.

The eating area is made up of an island that also serves as additional counter space..  It includes 6 counter stools for entertaining and is lit with 2 pendant style light fixtures over the island

Family Room

The family room consists of 2 brand new full size couches along with a full size leather chair.  It also includes Pennsylvania house tables and is topped off with a brand new hand looped rug which nicely ties all the decor  together.   The entertainment portion of this condo again will not be found in this price range .  It includes a brand new 40” Samsung LCD HD TV.  For the music lovers you will find a brand new Bose 3-2-1 System .    The sound and picture quality is unbelievable.  To top off this great entertainment package one will find a Philips IPOD docking station .  This includes an RF remote control which allows you to control your IPOD from any place within this condo. 

Bathroom

This bathroom has been transformed from an outdated 1970’s blue bathroom to an elegant yet practical one.  You will again find high end cherry cabinetry along with a matching mirror.  The faucet is a stainless steel wide spread made by  Kohler .  The flooring is marble, while the toilet is a dual flushing unit .  Quality again will be seen as soon as you see it.

Master Bedroom

Tommy Bahama Tropical bedroom is what you will find in this master bedroom.  For your sleeping comfort you will find tempur-pedic style queen size bed.  IF you have never tried one you do not know what you are missing.  To top it off you will have your own 22” Samsung HD TV which is mounted on the wall.    You would never expect the amount of closet space in a unit this size .  It span’s the entire length of the wall so shop until you drop as you will never fill it up.

Guest Bedroom

This is my favorite room .  It is a Bob Timberlake Salt aire collection.  This is a rustic beach house theme  and is decorated in blues greens and yellows. All complement each other perfectly while   relaxing   and or  sleeping  in your own Select comfort ( Sleep Number )queen size  bed.  You and your partner can select your own number whether you like it firm while your partner likes it soft , each can have it their own way with a Select comfort bed.  Again like the master bedroom you have a 22” Samsung HD TV mounted on the wall. Other Sleeping accommodations

Do you have your family visiting and need another bed , well we have thought of that also .  We have provided the best  and  most comfortable inflatable mattress you will find.      Plug it in and before your eyes you have a queen size bed on a frame.  Your guest will not believe it is an air mattress because that is how comfortable it really is .  Done with it in the morning reverse the airflow and it packs itself right back up in it’s own suitcase.. You will not believe the ease.  No more fussing with getting all if the air out nor trying to get the mattress in a small little bag .  We have also provided a twin Areobed with it’s own softness control if you only need one extra bed.

Beach Gear

Again we have provided you with everything you will need for the beach  to include 4  Nautica  Beach / sand chairs, Nautica beach Umbrella  and a cooler .
