of this casually elegant home is private yet convenient to all 
activities and amenities. Minutes from Championship Golf and located 
only moments from venues hosting the Bob Hope Golf Classic and the 
Pacific Life Tennis Open.

Enjoy beautiful,sunny weather year round! From Fall 
through late Spring, days are warm and nights are cool. Average daily 
temperatures range from the mid 40’s to mid 70’s in Winter, 50's to 
mid 90's in Spring, low 70’s to low 100’s in Summer and low 60’s to 
low 90’s in the Fall. It’s the perfect desert climate with only 15-20 
days of rain a year.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Private backyard pool and spa with patio furniture, umbrella and Gas 
BBQ. Fireplace, Ceiling Fans, Central heating and A/C. Laundry Room 
w/ full size washer and dryer. Full size refrigerator with water/ice-
maker. Microwave, Coffee maker, linens, towels, dishes, utensils, 
etc. provided. Bicycles and Golf clubs available for your use. Cable 
TV, VCR, Stereo/DVD, Wireless Hi-Speed Internet access.

Relax poolside with beautiful, color filled sunsets, clear skies by 
day and star filled skies at night. We have views of the Santa Rosa 
Mountains and Hot Air Balloons fly in the overhead skies at sunrise 
and sunset from November through May!

$150.00 Cleaning Fee.
**Deposit required (This will be refunded 30 days after rental ends)
Weekly rentals pay for utilities above $100
Monthly rentals pay for gas & electricity

**Deposits
A refundable security deposit to hold property is required with 
signed rental agreement. Rates are as follows:one-week rental $300; 
two-week rental $500; three-week & monthly rental $1,000. Full 
payment (including $150 cleaning fee) is due 30 days prior to rental 
start date. Reservation will be confirmed only upon receipt of signed 
rental agreement and deposit.
