The 6501 Cayuga Lake Sunset House in Cayuga Lake

This newly renovated lake house has 112 feet of level lakefront. This pretty, comfortable and airy house has 4 bedrooms and 2 baths. It has a large, eat in kitchen which is fully equiped with everything you need in order to cook or bake. There is a large family room overlooking the water which has two loveseats and a TV. Adjacent to this is an office nook with a new desktop computer and printer/scanner/fax if you need to stay connected to the outside world. There are 3 bedrooms each with a double bed and desk. The master bedroom, with an ensuite bathroom, has a queen bed and lakeviews. There is a large enclosed porch with panoramic water views with a dining table and comfortable seating (couch and oversized chair). Its a wonderful setting for your morning coffee or in the evening to watch the blazing sun set over the lake.

Outdoors there is a deck off the house and another overhanging the water with outdoor seating as well as a wooden dock. There is a gas grill for outdoor cooking.  If you prefer more rustic food prep there is a fire pit also- or maybe just use it to make a batch of S'mores.

There are 4 hard kayaks as well as 4 inflatable kayaks and a 2-4 seater paddleboat  with paddles and lifejackets.

-Large fully outfitted kitchen. There are dishes (service for 8), flatware, glassses, pots, pans and bakeware. Also over the stove microwave, programmable coffee maker, crockpot, toaster and blender. Kitchen table seats 4, expands for 8. There are even water views from the kitchen! Pantry has basics including sugar, cocoa, flour and spices

-Bathroom comes equipped with hairdryer, shampoos, soaps and towels and washclothes

-All linens are provided including sheets, pillow cases and blankets plus towels and washclothes

50% of rent due when making reservation and 50% due at check-in along with $250 security deposit. Security deposit will be returned within 14 days of checkout unless there is damage.

At departure, you must clean the house to the same or better condition you found it in. If I have to clean, there is a $100 cleaning fee which will be deducted from the security.

Rental is from Saturday to Saturday
