This newly renovated 1940s Key West Styled Cottage (with a separate
Main House #8571) is located within Northwood, one of 12 charming and
historic neighborhoods of downtown West Palm Beach. It has undergone
extensive remodeling to modernize the Cottage's authentic features to include
polished marble floors, a fully-equipped cherry wood,gourmet
kitchen, Florida plaster finished walls, New Appliances and Vaulted
ceilings.
Coconut Palms House Enjoy solitude and privacy without giving up the
convenience of downtown. Wake with a sunrise stroll along the
intercoastal waterway just a block away and finish at Starbucks or
Dunkin'Donuts, your choice. We are close to all the conveniences of
modern life.
Pop over for lunch at Sushi Joe's, or one of any of the restaurants
on nearby Clematis Street. Shop on the world-famous Worth Avenue or
Ride bikes to the beach or tennis courts before dropping in on happy
hour at Taboo. Invite friends for a cook-out or a movie. Whether you
choose to relax in the sanctuary of our private setting or get out
and enjoy the sun, restaurants,and activities the Palm Beaches have

If you stay between Christmas and New Years, enjoy the neighborhood
annual candlelight tour of all the historic homes on tour opened up

The home is outfitted with hard
wired smoke detectors, and fire extinguisher for assured safety.

can either be rented along with the Cottage, or separately from
the Cottage.
