Walk down the few steps to sandy Silverlake beach and dock from back yard, enjoy the hammock, ground floor deck, or the 1st floor deck under the shade of the oak tree. Has in house laundry, dish washer, coffee maker, microwave, blender, toaster, large programmable crock pot, hot water kettle, gas stove, electric griddle, air conditioning, garbage compactor. Stocked with plates, cups, glasses, wine glasses, crockery, pots and pans of various sizes.Beautiful view of almost weekly fireworks on friday evening during summer. BBQ grill on 1st floor deck with natural gas pipeline connection. Fun children's room with 4 bunk beds and a full size bed. 4+1 bed rooms with 2 full baths. Water trampoline offered with home rental.

At this home, there are many fun things to do. Enjoy at your discretion - swimming in the clear water, tubing, skiing, kayaking, jumping on a water trampoline, anything you want. This is an all-sports lake with a sandy bottom. To take a break from the water visit dunes (~ 28 MILES),blueberry,raspberry,cherry,strawberry picking in season - within ~10 mile radius. Visit beautiful downtown Traverse, bay or mall all less than 5 miles away! Drive to Penninsula and explore the countryside/vineyards.

1100-1200 per week after labor day week end... Monthly rates for the rest of the year negotiable. week end rates of $500 -$600 with 1 additional night for free. Open for summer reservations. Mid june to labor day weekly rates from $2000-$2500 per week.
