This property is an amazing Garden of Eden, with a 1 acre lawn, Rose Garden, Fruit Trees, and is a Private park like setting in a rural upscale neighborhood, between Hope Ranch and the Mesa, very close to the beach, 2 minute drive, 7 min bike ride,  at a great value.

Secluded oak tree grove on one side of unit, a large deck with lovely outside furniture oversees hillside views, enormous yard with lawn, tree swings, ropes to climb, hammock, historic rose garden.  Children have a huge lawn to run and play and rental is pet friendly.  

There is a newly installed professional chain link dog kennel that is 4 feet by 30 feet long in a shaded outside area that is super comfortable for your puppy.  If you'd like, we can arrange for dog walking and care if you'd like to go for a little side trip and leave your puppies behind.

New furniture and carpet, original impressionist oil painting collection, no neighbors can see into unit, quiet, peaceful. Birds and wildlife viewable from your vantage point.   

New HDTVs in each bedroom and in the living room, HBO, game box, fine linens, extra comfortable beds and pillows. Very quiet area, and very quiet unit. The owner's unit is above, but travels frequently. The property is built in a way that each are completely private with separate entry ways, and built into a hill, so they are insulated for sound. It is likely to not see another person at all while staying. A caretaker is available to help if needed.

 It is a 2 minute drive to a scenic surfing beach that has on one end a dog beach, and one of California's most scenic oceanfront restaurants "The Boathouse". It is 5 minutes to downtown by car, the harbor, pier, etc. One minute away by car is Elings Park with tennis courts, hiking, and lots more activities.

The unit is 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, King & Queen beds, with 2 futons for 6 sleeping total. The bedrooms are on opposite ends, with the living room in between the bedrooms. Relaxing is easy with all the serenity around you and in the unit itself.

 For stays of one week or more, there is a cleaning helper available to wash and fold laundry, change the sheets and clean. It really makes your stay a vacation...!

 NON SMOKING UNIT IN THE INSIDE, FEEL FREE TO SMOKE ON THE BALCONY AND OUTSIDE.

Professional, secure, Dog Kennel - Dog Run, so you can feel secure if you'd like to let puppies rest in shade while you sight-see.

Property is adjacent to wilderness for exploring.

5 mins to downtown Santa Barbara, 4 minutes to the Mission, 2 minutes to beach, 8 minutes to Montecito.  To go to the beach on a bicycle is a 7 minute ride.  Close to all that SB has to offer, 1 minute to 101 Freeway.  Easy to find, and easy to navigate to go places.  Tennis courts walking distance at a big nearby park, Elings Park.
