Our 4 bedroom and 3 & 1/2 bath townhome is located in Davenport(Orlando), Florida. With all the conveniences of home, it is only a few minutes from the entrance to Disney World and close to shopping and restaurants. Free Wifi inside the home and at the Clubhouse.
The home is an end unit with one of the largest floor plans in the complex measuring over 1850 square feet of space. It includes a large open living room with a pull out sofa, a dining room and a fully stocked kitchen. The bedroom downstairs has an ensuite bathroom and a queen bed. The master bedroom suite and two twin bedrooms are located on the second floor. The master bedroom is spacious and equipped with a king size bed, walk-in closet, two night stands, two dressers and a TV. It has an ensuite master bathroom with a large tub. Spend your evening sipping a glass of wine on the balcony. The two additional rooms each has two twin beds and share a bathroom.
It is conveniently located close to: Attractions (9 miles from the entrance to Disney), Orlando airport (35 miles), Supermarket (walking distance to Publix), Restaurants (walking distance to several restaurants including a Pizza Parlour, British Pub, Chinese, & Applebees), Shopping (about 3 miles from Walmart, Lowes, and other stores), Drug Store (CVS is within walking distance), Bank & ATM (within a mile), Highlands Reserve Golf Course & Driving Range (opposite to the entrance)

Low Season (January, September, October) - $79 per night ---> one week rental for $620 (includes cleaning and taxes. resort fees paid separately)
Mid Season (February 1 to 14, April 16 thru May 24) - $89 per night
High Season (February 15 thru April 15, June thru August, November & December) - $109 per night
Holidays (May 25 - May 29, June 30 - July 7, August 30 - September 4, November 17 - 27, December 14 - January 3) - $139 per night
Prices do not include the 12% occupancy tax. Cleaning fee $85.
Resort charges $11.95 per night per townhome resort fee to be collected at check in.
Credit Cards/Paypal accepted. Cashiers Checks accepted with advance booking (booking fee of $20 waived).
Minimum 3 nigh stay. Maximum number of guests is limited to 10 persons. The primary Guest must be at least 25 and present during the entire rental period.
