Summer begins May 17 and Ends August 13. Nightly rates are 225 and 1395 is the weekly rate. There is a summer minimum of 3 nights except to fill gaps in the schedule. Off season starts Aug 14,2012 and ends May 16. Nightly rates are 175 with a minimum 2 night stay, 1150 per week. Charges per stay are as follows. 105.00 departure cleaning, 25.00 HOA fee. 35.00 damage waiver premium which covers accidental damage to condo and contents up to 1200 dollars (no damage deposit needed), 25.00 credit card processing, 12% City of Gulfport lodging tax.  Other rates may apply for holiday events and "crusin the coast" October week..
