Great Family Beach House Get Away in Ocean City

This vacation home provides the best of all worlds – close proximity to all that Ocean City, Maryland has to offer combined with the peace and tranquility of a private community. The house is conveniently located within Ocean Pines, a quiet family-oriented community just a short ride to the beautiful beaches of Maryland and Delaware.

Our home is a spacious three bedroom beach house located on the fourteenth fairway on the award winning Ocean Pines golf course.  This house features large living, dining and kitchen areas. Three large bedrooms, 3 full baths and a pull out couch in the Den. The screened-in porch is great for relaxing before the dinner hour and leads to a large backyard great for play.

The house fully air-conditioned and has a full size washer and dryer.  All utilities and end-of-vacation cleaning are included in the rental price.  Two bedrooms and the Den’s pullout couch have queen size beds.  The third bedroom has a twin size day bed with a trundle pull out to create a king size bed.  Each bedroom has a television.  The great room has vaulted ceilings and adjoins the dining area and kitchen. There is a 3-season room where you can enjoy your morning coffee or after-beach cocktail. The house is tastefully decorated and the kitchen is well-equipped for all your needs. A gas grill is provided for your barbecuing pleasure.  Several bicycles in the garage are provided for your touring pleasure.

Large 2 car Garage for indoor parking or use the large driveway that can easily accommodate RV’s, boats, or trailers.  The air-conditioning is a two zone system for more efficient cooling.  There is a full sized washer and dryer unit. The kitchen is fully functional with a full assortment of cooking utensils, dishwasher, garbage disposal, microwave, coffee maker, stove, and a refrigerator with ice maker.

 In the garage, you’ll find beach toys and sand chairs for your enjoyment.

About Ocean Pines

Only 5 minutes away Maryland's most famous resort, Ocean City, Ocean Pines is close enough to enjoy when you want some beach time, but far enough away to avoid the crowds when you prefer a peaceful environment. The historic towns of Berlin, Crisfield, Pocomoke, Salisbury and Snow Hill are nearby as well and offer entertaining tours of their quaint towns while you learn a bit of our nation's history. Crabbing, fishing, state parks, canoeing, hunting, shopping and cultural events await the visitor.

The community boasts five swimming pools, an 18-hole Robert Trent Jones designed golf course, a yacht club, two marinas, a community hall, a tennis complex (hard and soft courts), soccer fields, baseball fields, basketball courts, several lakes, a marina, and numerous parks, playgrounds and walking trails.

Golf - Ocean Pines is home to the Delmarva Peninsula's only championship 18-hole golf course designed in 1971 by the legendary Robert Trent Jones, Sr. With tree-lined fairways, heavily guarded greens and subtle undulations on the putting greens, this is one of the most challenging golf courses on the East Coast. The professionally staffed facility features a clubhouse, full service pro shop, locker room facilities, double ended driving range, sheltered driving area, practice chipping and pitching green, two practice putting greens, two practice sand bunkers, a modern learning center, and the Fairway Cafe. Services available include clinics, private lessons, club repair, club cleaning, and bag storage. All golf carts now have a customized GPS system.  Many other golf courses in the area will allow golfers a wide variety of choices.

Arrival time is 4 pm on Saturday.  Departure is at 11 am the following Saturday.

All Weekly Stay Prices Include Professional Cleaning.

Rents are due as follows:
$800 at booking, $750 4 weeks prior to stay.  An additional $400 fully refundable damage security deposit is required with the $750 payment.

Minimum age for rental is 25.  No smoking or pets allowed in the home.
