Folly Beach Oceanfront Condo in Folly Beach

Our oceanfront condo was built in 1998 and offers many upgrades that
you would expect in a luxury condo. It offers beautiful views of the
ocean from the family room and master bedroom balcony. It has three
bedrooms and three full baths. The master has a king bed with a
Swedish tempurapedic mattress, one bedroom has a queen and the other
has two twin beds. There's a sofa sleeper in the living room that will sleep two more people as
well. The dining area seats six. The kitchen is
completely equipped and user-friendly. This is a non-smoking condo
and comes with extras including four TV's including a plasma, two DVD players, an electric fireplace
and cable TV. We also have Internet access. There are two swimming pools on the property
with amazing ocean views.

There are many golf courses nearby including world class Kiawah and
Wild Dunes. There is a municipal golf course five minutes away and
historic Charleston is literally a ten minute car ride. In
the Charleston area there are many activities to include viewing the
Battery, the Market, Rainbow Row, The Hunley submarine, the
Yorktown, Fort Sumter, Dock Street Theater, the Aquarium, the
Maritime Center, horse and carriage rides, and much more. The start
of the civil war was in Charleston thus there are many historic
sites as well as museums and many antebellum homes and gardens.
Walking distance from the condo is Center Street shopping, dining,
parasailing, fishing at the new pier (pole rentals $5), bicycles,
surf rentals, and much more.

Winter Months November 1-February 28th $1150 per week
Spring March 1-May 31 $1810 per week
Summer June 1-September 5 $2500 per week
Fall September 5-October 31 $1810 per week
We can offer a two night minimum during the off season and a standard
nightly rate of $250 in the off season, but during
the summer, we only rent the condo on a weekly basis. There's a $110
cleaning/linen fee. There's also a $300 refundable deposit due at
time of booking. Applicable SC sales taxes apply. This is a non-
smoking unit, and unfortunately, we do
not allow pets of any kind.
