Vacation Rental Description

"The Blue Lakes Estate",  123 Acre Paradise found in Middle  
Tennessee.  Water--Water, every where.  Two large Lakes with  
catfish and bass.  This piece of property was used for mining over  
100 years ago.  The workers hit a vein, which flooded their  
operations.   
Since this happened at the end of the Civil War, they abandoned the  
mines.  There are large iron ore rocks still stacked in place, along  
with metal track that was used to wheel the carts through out the  
property.  The lakes came about due to hitting the vein, which runs  
under ground all the way to the Smokey Mountains.  The lakes have  
said  
to be bottom less and there is still an old drag line crane which  
went  
under water when it flooded. There is a Paddle Boat for one of the  
lakes. 
The wildlife is plentiful, and there are trails and look outs all  
over  
the property.  There is Bass Fishing available in the Larger Lake,  
and right behind the home fishing for Perch and Catfish from the  
swimming dock, right in your back yard.  The Custom Home is situated  
right in front of one of  
the Lakes.  The views of the Lake are absolutely gorgeous.  The  
custom home has over 4700 square foot of total Grandeur on 3  
levels.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Master Suite with a romantic gas log fireplace and Baby Grand  
piano.   
Mirrors circle the walls around a king size swinging bed that is  
draped in white linens from the ceiling to the floor.  Right off of  
the Master Suite is a sunroom with sitting and solid glass to view  
one of the lakes.  The master bath has his and hers double marble  
vanities.  A seperate room off the master bath that is decorated in  
the Leopard Look,  houses a two person jacuzzi tub that is  
surrounded  
by glass to view the front yard and front pond. There is a seperate  
shower room that is completely surrounded by ceramic tile and sauna  
with bench. 
The home is comprised of 3 levels, the top level has 2 bedrooms & 2  
baths and a music room filled with drums, guitars, amps and  
keyboards,  
everything you need to make beautiful music.  One bedroom has a  
Victorian Queen Size bed, the other bedroom has a double bed with  
cable television and playstation with lots of games and internet  
access.  Each up stairs bedrooms has its own private bathroom.  Main  
level houses the master suite with sunroom, the master bath and  
kitchen and dining room with a custom tile floor and grand marble  
dining table.  The kitchen has everything that is needed to cook up  
a fabulous gourmet meal.  Dishwaster, double door refrigerator with  
ice maker.  Jennaire grill, Trash compactor.  There will not be  
anything that you long for  
in this kitchen.  The livingroom is extremely large with a big  
screen television, DVD Player with lots of movies and surround  
sound.  A gas log fireplace and a queen size sleeper sofa.  There is  
also a main intercom system located in the livingroom.  It goes  
through out the home and down to the dock.  On the lower level, you  
will find a fourth bathroom with a washer and dryer.  The recreation  
room has foos ball, pashino machines with tokens, dishwasher, sink,  
bar with stools, cable television and right off the game room is  
another sunroom with a 6 person hot tub to melt away all your  
problems as you watch the ducks swim on the lake.  There are so many  
extras in this fine custom home!!

Activities and Attractions

Sight Seeing, Hiking, Swimming in the lake with dock, for  
experienced  
swimmers only, hot tubbing, foos ball, and board games, paschino  
machines.  Paddle Boat in each Lake.  The Pink Cadillac Drive-In  
theater 5 miles from property.  Scenic Piney River 1 mile.  
Relaxation  Relaxation.  Travel 52 miles East and hit Opry Mills for  
the great shopping.  Or Broadway for all the hottest music around.   
The Grand Ole' Opry, the Tennessee Titan Stadium, the Gaylord.  The  
list goes on and on.  Travel 35 miles West of the Property to go to  
Loretta Lynn's Dude Ranch located near Waverly Tn.  The Tennessee  
River is 35 miles West.  You cannot find this kind of Paradise  
nowhere else in the state of Tennessee.

Vacation Rental Rates

RATES:  October 1st thru April 30th   $ 225 per Night or $ 1350 Week 
        May 1st thru September 30th   $ 250 per Night or $ 1500 Week 
Holiday Period:  December 20 thru Jan. 3  $ 250 per Night or $ 1500 
3 Night Minimum Stay 
DEPOSIT:   $ 350 Booking & Security Deposit, due upon booking the  
property.  Rental Fee is due 14 days prior to arrival.  Cleaning Fee  
of $ 65, due with Rental Payment. 
Cancellation Policy:  Over 30 days prior to arrival is a full refund  
of deposit, under 30 days is a $ 50 Charge.  Deposit is refunded  
approx. 14-21 days after departure if everything is in the original  
order.  If more room is needed for your guest, check to see if the  
BLUE LAKES BUNGALOW is available, billiard room, swimming pool, hot  
tub sleeps 4-8.
