Family fun....lasting memories ! in Black Lake

Enjoy "Pure Michigan".  Clean, comfortable lakefront cottage situated on the west shore of beautiful Black Lake.  This 10,000 + acre all-sports lake is close to Cheboygan, Petoskey and Mackinaw City.  The sandy bottom and shallow waters which extend out approximately 200 yrds provide excellent swimming.  It's the perfect setting for canoes, kayaks, tubing, skiing.  Cast your line in the water and have a fish fry.  Perch, bass, walleye and pike are plentiful.  You may get lucky and catch a nice muskie. Watching the sunrise is gorgeous and a great way to start your day. Sitting by the campfire, you will be pleasantly surprised by the beauty of the moonrise and stars. 

Fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, stove, microwave, coffee pot, crock pot, toaster and blender.  Plenty of dishes and utensils.

Bedrooms provide 1 queen and 1 full plush mattresses for your comfort.

Two sofa sleepers...one in living room and one on glass enclosed porch.

Satellite television with VCR/DVD players.  Small library of VCR tapes, DVD's and books for all ages.

14 ft aluminum boat.  You may bring your own motor or rent one from the nearby marina.

Charcoal grill, picnic table, chairs, firewood included.

For the golf enthusiast, take a swing at the Black Lake Golf Course a short distance away.  This course is rated #34 out of the top 100 golf courses in Golf Digest. 

If gambling is your game, try your luck at the casino's located in Petoskey and St Ignace.

Take a day trip to Mackinaw City and hop a ferry to Mackinaw Island.  Always a family favorite !

Go exploring with your ATV.  The DNR has many trails mapped out for your convenience.

Numerous restaurants are located around the lake and nearby areas.

Churches can be found in nearby Onaway and Cheboygan.

If you should have a rainy day, try the movie theatre in Cheboygan. 

$800.00 per week.  Saturday - Saturday starting June 2nd thru Labor Day.
