The condo has cooling breezes from the Canal and the Ocean year-round and wonderful high views of sunrises over Diamond Head.

Located on the Ala Wai Canal you are in a few minutes walk from the Hilton beach.  

Your refreshing walk to the beach is through Fort DeRussy Park and Gardens of Hawaiian Village where you will enjoy of viewing of incredible plants, smelling of varieties of tropical flowers, listening to the signing of amazing birds, and watching of colorful fish in multiple ponds.

The condo is in a Waikiki area, but away from the noise of downtown. It is definitely feels like “home away from home”.

Studio can accommodate maximum - two adults and one child.

Living Area:

Room with a cool and clean wood floor has free Wi-Fi and a phone( free calls in US and Canada); Cable, New 32 inch LED TV, Air Conditioner, Ceiling fan, Standing closet, Dresser, Night stand, a table and two chairs perfect for morning coffee.

Two comfortable full size beds include comforters, pillows, blankets, bed sheets and linens.

Kitchen Area:

You will find everything you need to make a home meal:

Kitchenette with a Sink, Refrigerator, Kitchen Cart, 2-burner cooking range; Microwave, a Rice cooker, a Stove Toaster, a Toaster, a Coffee maker, a Blender, and various eating utensils and dinnerware.

 Bathroom:

 It is equipped with a Full bath (a shower and a tub), sink with a mirror, a toilet, and towels.

Pool Deck, Swimming Pool & Jacuzzi

The building is fully secured and features a Large Swimming Pool & Jacuzzi on the 6th floor. Your room key provides access to the recreation deck. The area include: Large pool deck with Lounge chairs, Tables, Chairs. There are two Gas BBQ Grills on the pool desk. Pool hours are 8:00am-9pm.

Garage : There is a paid parking garage in the building. People who are staying in the building get a discounted rate of $16 per day or $175 per month. Also you can keep you bike there for $15.00 per month. Parking garage is a private business, and payment would be made with the parking attendant.

Elevator : There are 6 elevators in the building, 3 service the lower half, and 3 service the upper half. You will need to take one of the three elevators on the left hand side as you enter the elevator lobby.

Washing Machine & Clothes Dryer : There is a coin operated laundry facility on the 5th floor of the building and a Laundromat next to the building

Since you are already on Ala Wai Canal you may enjoy of activities such as such as jogging, strolling, biking, and relaxing among other Oahu Activities.

You are a short stroll from Ala Moana Center - the largest open-air shopping center in the world and the largest shopping mall in Hawaii. The Hawaiian Convention Center is a couple blocks away. Across from the Convention Center there is a 24 hour Fitness. If you want to go further for example to the China town, or around the island, there are bus stops nearby. There is a car rental in the building, or budget rentals at the next block.

Restaurants and stores are everywhere. On the first floor of Hawaiian Monarch there are cafes such as a Cream Pot, Sushi and a Bar.

The restaurant “Wailana Coffee House” serves meals 24 hours a day and it is only one block away. It is the most economical place to eat breakfast, lunch or dinner in Waikiki. The famous Japanese restaurant “Todai” is just at the next block from us.
