vacation rental description
Side B of Hidden Treasure Cottage is Caribbean cool from the casual
wicker cafe chairs to the grass skirt on the queen size bed.
The casual comfort includes AC and ceiling fan over a cozy recliner
in front of the big TV with cable and wireless internet. The mini-
kitchen has full fridge, microwave, toaster oven with two burners,
coffee maker, toaster, sink and counter. Dishes and cookware are
provided.
A tall privacy fence separates the backyard from Side A. Side B features a small brick patio with seating. This is a quiet little neighborhood in the Sunset Beach area of Treasure Island where you are likely to find folks out walking their dogs or kids riding on their scooters. It's a comfortable, pleasant neighborhood
with many amenities nearby.
We've recently added a washer and dryer to the property for the use
of guests on both Side A and Side B. This should add a little
convenience, especially for those guests staying more than a week.
Parking is limited, so please bring only one vehicle and make sure
you park so that the guest on the other side can park next to you.
And no pets or smoking, please. Maximum Occupancy 2.
Please observe 10 am check-out so unit can be ready in time for next
guests.
studio rental amenities
Restaurants, shops, and fun activities are close enough to be
convenient, but not too close to annoy. The beach is only about a
half-block away (200 steps) and it is a beautiful Florida Gulf Coast
beach. There's plenty of white sand and sea shells, plus the warmer
gulf temperature.
This fun neighborhood offers many conveniences. The 7-eleven is only
steps away for your morning coffee, but you can't see the lights or
signage from your cottage. Once you've picked up your coffee and
donut, continue across the street to easy beach access with gazebo,
benches and outside shower. The beach here is serene and
uncrowded. For more action, turn left and head down the beach where
more parking and plenty of food and fun cause the beach to be crowded
and active. Past the beach bars, you can walk on down to the inlet
where the sea birds nest in the sand near the pass. There's something for everyone on this little stretch of beach. And though restaurants and bars are
close enough to walk to they are not so close they disturb your quiet.
