Lovely, spacious three bedroom home, Gulfside in Marathon.  Lots of privacy, great, deep water dockage on a lagoon,  less than 5 minutes to the open Gulf!  The house features an open kitchen/living floor plan with vaulted ceilings hardwood and tiled floors.  There is a great screened porch overlooking the back yard and lagoon.  The master bedroom has a queen bed, second bedroom a queen and the third bedroom two twins.  There is a pull-out sofa bed in the living room.  3 cable TVs, with large screen TV and DVD in living room.   Kitchen is spacious and well-equipped.  Laundry room,  gas grill.  There is downstairs storage for your gear and a bait freezer for your use.
Note hi-speed internet is not available at this house.
This is a great family home with lots of room and everything you need!  Dock can accommodate up to a 34' boat, 5' controlling depth.
