Rates
• 5 night minimum stay (7 nights during Christmas/NewYears and Easter)
• Rates  - 11% Florida Lodging Tax is collected on all rents
• Low Seasons - $130 / night + tax
• Mid Seasons - $150 / night + tax
• High Seasons - $175 / night + tax
• Spa Heat - FREE with stays of 5 nights or more
• Pool heat - $25 / night + tax  (recommended from Oct 1 to April 30)

• $54 Damage Protection Fee (non-refundable).  This is collected instead of a security deposit and covers accidental damage up to a limit of $800

• A deposit of 1 night’s rent with tax and the $54 Damage Protection Fee is required to book your rental

• Balance will be due 30 days before arrival  (60 days before arrival for rentals of one month or more)
