Sunland Springs Golf Course Condo in Mesa

This is your home away from home if you are 55 or older.  Our condo is situated on the 5th fairway of the Four Peaks Golf Course in Sunland Springs, Mesa, AZ.  This condo is walking distance from many of the area attractions, such as, the Activity Center for Sunland Springs and one of two swimming pools.  The condo is fully furnished and nicely decorated with a southwestern feel and was designed with an open concept.  There is a mountain view from the golf course patio where you can enjoy the beautiful sunset.  The master bedroom has a King Size Bed with an attached bathroom that includes double sinks, walk in closet, and snail shower.  The second bedroom has a Queen Size Bed, dresser and closet.  The 2nd bathroom includes a bathtub/shower combination.  There is also a den with a pull-out sofa and the Condo has a work station with wireless internet connection supplied.  All sleeping areas have Televisions, along with a Television in the Great Room.  Full use of Association Facilities (except golf) is included with no additional cost to you.  This includes pool, hot tub, tennis, shuffleboard, library and numerous hobby rooms.  You will have the time of your life.  This is a NO SMOKING Condo.
