Pelican Haven is a single family home with an open floor plan.  There are four bedroons and two bathrooms. Each bedroom has a queen size bed. The fourth bedroom has a set of bunk beds and a queen size bed.

There are lounge chairs and umbrellas on the sand for the sun lovers. Picnic table, chairs, and a gas grill on the front and back patios for entertaining.  Table, chairs and benches are provided on the pavilion to dine and watch the sunset.

Private Pier not community pier. The soundside water is great for paddle boarding and swimming.

This home is located on the north shore/sound side of Pensacola Beach.

There are four championship golf courses within minutes of Pelican Haven: Tiger Point (27 holes), Marcus Point (18 holes), and Hidden Creek (18 holes). The above rates DO NOT include taxes @ 11.5%, a security deposit or cleaning fee. Also, these rates ARE NOT applicable for Blue Angle week or holiday periods.

 Rental Policy:

• Rental customer must be 25 years of age or older.
• Check-in 3:00pm / Check-out 10:00am.
• Pets NOT allowed.
• Smoking NOT allowed inside Pelican Haven.
• Occupancy - The total number of guest allowed in the house is limited
  to ten (10). Please inquire if you wish to include more guest.
• Bath and bed linens are provided.
• Telephone - There is a long distance block on the phone. You will
  need a credit/calling card to make your long distance calls. Local
  calls are free.
• Severe Weather - If a hurricane or other extreme weather condition
  occurs during your stay, Escambia County Emergency Management may
  issue a mandatory evacuation notice for Pensacola Beach.
• NO REFUNDS FOR CANSELATIONS LESS THAN 30 DAYS BEFORE ARRIVAL UNLESS WE ARE ABLE TO RERENT FOR FULL AMOUNT.
